Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of the original purchase, you can return your order for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with it. If you change your mind, you can receive a store credit instead. To return a product, you need to provide the original receipt, and ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. You can take the product out of the packaging to inspect it, but if it's damaged during this process, you may not receive a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We do not offer product exchanges, so if you want to exchange a product, you must go through the returns process and place a new order online for the replacement product.
